Divyanka Tripathi, who plays Divya in Banoo Main Teri Dulhann, is suffering from a slipped disc. Divyanka told us how the problem originated.”During the Holi sequence in the show I was hurt and my upper back or you can say my shoulder was in deep pain.hat time I could not take any rest as I just came from London and then went to Banaras.I and Sharad had so many major scenes together. So my entire month went like that and my backbone too was in bad condition,” she reveals.”How my upper back pain went to my lower back even I do not know. Doctors too could not diagnose it for a few days but after a few tests they told me that it was a slipped disc. Though my father is a chemist he knows that I’m not in favour of taking allopathic medicines. Sharad’s mother too was telling me that I should go for homeopathy treatment .So my mother and father went to a homeopathic doctor in Bhopal and bought medicines for me which I am taking right now,” she adds.
The good looking and popular chap who from Pari Hoon Main has gotten his hands full it seems! The man has now entered Banoo Main Teri Dulhann as the character of Parakh Singh, a parallel lead in the show. A completely positive character, he says the role is interestingly carved and will turn out to be a captivating factor in the show with time.Mohit will be seen playing the son of the evil lady Sindoora in the show, emphasizes that he is not even close to a gray shade!
Mohit Malik who plays the sophisticated Rajveer Kapoor in Star One’s Pari Hoon Main will now enter Zee’s Banoo Main Teri Dulhann as Sindoora’s son, Bharat.Giving us this news is our source from the sets, “Mohit Malik has been cast as Sindoora’s son and he will play a very positive role”. We called up Shayamashis Bhattacharya, Producer, Shakuntalam Telefilms to confirm this news. “Yes, Mohit has been short-listed for the role, but we have not zeroed on him yet”, says he. However, our source says, “Mohit will start shoot from tomorrow and all is finalized. Even though he is the son of the very negative Sindoora, the guy is very good-hearted and will be a strong pillar of support for Divya and Amar and will help them out in their future hurdles”. 
The Dulhann ship is showing signs of wreckage. Though it’s still the top rated show on Zee TV, it’s not drawing the TRPs that it once did. A part of this decline has been attributed to the alleged starry attitude of lead actors Sharad Malhotra and Divyanka Tripathy. At least that’s how it appeared in the media.These reports gained weight with one actor hitting out indirectly against Sharad and Divyanka.Amidst all this, both Sharad and Divyanka chose to seal their lips. And when they did, what appeared on television was half-baked. After weeks of maintaining silence, Divyanka has finally come out of her shell to offer her side of the story. The recent events have taken its toll on the actress, who’s once again laid low with a slip- disc. Nevertheless, Divyanka sounded upbeat when we called her.
Kamya Punjabi, who plays Sindoora in Banoo Main Teri Dulhann, is enjoying a come back of sorts in her married life. The actress who had separated from her husband for a while is now back together with him. “I am happy to be back with my husband. Now all the problems between us have been sorted out. Both of us are feeling nice. We are managing to take out time for each other even though both of us are very busy. We try to catch up with each other over dinners at least. More than that I do not want to talk about it,” says Kamya.
Dulhann fans went into a tizzy after it was reported that the show could be going off air. However, they can now breathe a sigh of relief as nothing of this sort will take place. However, there’s no denying that the show is currently going through a turbulent phase.At the centre of the problem is the leading pair of Sharad Malhotra and Divyanka Tripathy. Reportedly, the duo has been throwing a fist on the sets. While there’s uncertainly over their future, the show will go on.Clearing the air, Shyam Bhattacharya, producer of the show, says, “How can the channel let go of their top rated show? Too much is being read into tales of actors reporting late to work. After all, they too get tired and besides this is monsoon so one is bound to get late at times.”
All’s well that ends well. Kamya Punjabi aka Sindoora of Banoo Main Teri Dulhann has reconciled with her husband Bunty Negi. We spotted the couple looking much in love at Faizal Raza Khan’s (Swapnil in Parivaar) party, which he had hosted for his girlfriend Shikha Verma.A year-and-a- half ago, Kamya and Bunty had filed for divorce. Around that time, Kamya had said that they were just not made for each other. A source who attended Faizal’s party told Mumbai Mirror, “Bunty and Kamya looked like a newly-wedded couple. They couldn’t keep their hands off each other. It was great to see them together again. 
As Dulhann fans settled down last Wednesday to watch their favourite show they were in for a rude shock. What came on air was the same episode that viewers had seen the previous day! While everybody is speculating about the reasons behind the repeat telecast we throw some light on what really went wrong.It is reported that the lead protagonist of the show Divyanka Tripathi didn’t turn up for the shooting of the particular episode despite knowing that the show had exhausted its bank of episodes. As a result the channel was left with no choice than to telecast the prior episode.A well-placed source informs, “Divyanka didn’t turn up for the shoot citing the reason that she had an appointment with her doctor. Which doctor take an entire day to check a patient? Since the time their (Sharad and Divyanka) tantrums have been disclosed to the media their attitude has become worse.”
