Zaara, Solhah Singaarr, Main Aisi… to go off air

Don’t blame the Indian Premier League, the axe was hanging dangerously on three shows of Sahara One anyway. Well, the time’s finally up for Zaara, Solhah Singaarr and Main Aisi Kyun Hoon. The three shows will wind up at the end of this month.When contacted Sahara One Programming Head Kalyan Sundaram said, “There are a few shows which are under the gun but I can only comment on their fate after a week.”
After tasting success with a slew of soaps like Ghar Ek Sapna, Doli Saja Ke, Zaara and Solah Singaarr, SaharaOne Television has announced the launch of yet another new show titled Main Aisi Kyun Hoon. The new serial is produced by actor Paresh Rawal’s Playtime creations and will be aired from 8th October at 8.30 pm, Monday to Thursday.
