Sarita Joshi in Ek Packet Umeed

There’s a huge question mark over the future of Ek Packet Umeed with the NDTV Imagine show tipped to go off air this month end. However, before that could happen, there’s enough time for a new character to step in.Veteran actress Sarita Joshi, aka Baa of Baa Bahoo Aur Baby fame, will be seen in a cameo role in Ek Packet Umeed.Talking about her role Sarita says, “I’ll be there in the show for only three episodes. My character is called Vasundhara. She’s the owner of Umeed Bhavan. Years ago, she left behind certain things in Umeed Bhavan. She’s now returned to get them back. There will be different shades to Vasundhara.”
